RENEW-IT RIVONIA COMPLIMENT
After a traumatising experience (first for me) of my vehicle being involved in an accident I was most horrified to read the reports on social media of the panel beater chosen to attend to the repair - that being Renew-it.
I can only say during this whole ordeal they have been nothing short of exceptional. From showing extreme patience and politeness with my demands for service level excellence to going the extra mile in assisting me with a courtesy vehicle, twice, and ensuring the repair is done to my satisfaction - the level of commitment to make me a happy customer has been phenomenal. From the Workshop Manager, Client Services Manager, right through to the friendly driver who delivered my courtesy vehicle, I cannot fault Renew-it and will recommend any person suffering from high expectations in today's sloppy world to use them, as they are sure to delight! I am really impressed and I thank Renew-it Rivonia for making this incident a lot less stressful than I imagined. It is most appreciated.
