Renew-it Rivonia

My vehicle was sent in in Feb, just before lockdown. Renew-it Rivonia received my vehicle through a claim and was kept at their premises during an uncertain time. Once lockdown was over, Renew-it started immediately and kept me in the loop with regards to the progress of the restoration. There were a few hiccups with regards to the ordering of the side glass and stickers for my vehicle and I was quite irrate due to these delays. There was also a lack of communication between the departments which resulted in a few wasted trips to the workshop. Veronique came to the rescue and showed exceptional customer service and communicational skills which put me at ease. I would like to thank Veronoque for expediting the whole process and for being so professional. She handled herself really well despite my impatience at times and maintained composure throughout. Thank you Veronique once again. The rating would have been lower if it weren't for you. :) all smiles now. Overall I am quite pleased with Renew-it Rivonia with the overall job they done but would like to see better communication across the departments and not just with select employees.
