Renew It Rivonia-bad service

My car was taken to renew-it Rivonia after an accident. They replaced almost everything related to the radiator but left the damaged radiator fan in my car. After one long distance trip, I noticed a weird sound and then took my car to the dealership which found the radiator fan to be damaged. I contacted Renew-it Rivonia and they kept claiming that they'll get the managers to get back to me but they never did.

I then communicated with one of the managers via email and she claimed that the radiator fan was replaced as per their job card but the report I got from the insurance ( Assessor's report) mentioned nothing about the replacement of a radiator fan.

I had to incur costs due to Renew-it Rivonia not doing a proper job.

Even today, after calling from the 12th June, I haven't received a call from the manager.
