Renew-it Rivonia as assessors
First of all thank you for SANTAM insurance that referred me to this excellent assessor. At first I was disappointed, since I tried a few times over 2 days to get them to answer their phone. Since the phone was answered and I was directed to the correct people it went soooo smooth. On the morning I took in my car it was all done in a jiffy!! From the security who let me in to the lady at the reception (not to mention the comfy chairs) (Saturday 23/2/19 +- 11:00) to Promise who booked met and Retha Booker who did the assessing, it went fantastic. Retha even immediately switched to Afrikaans (my mother tongue) while I was still speaking English! She explained what she saw on the car as well. They even offered me a drink, but their service was so quick I didn't even have to wait there. Thank you Renew-it Rivonia for excellent, friendly and quick service in a very clean, tidy and friendly environment.
