Renew it Rivonia

I am appalled with everything about renew it Rivonia. Both my car and my son's car were repaired in Nov last year. .The paintwork is peeling off already and my boot has not been aligned up properly. After taking it back on the 9th January I was reassured that they would give us both a loan car within 2 days and repair both cars again. Well it's over 2 weeks. It's impossible to get through to them and when you eventually get through nobody has the courtesy to call me back. I have left about 10 messages for the manager. This is really the most ********** service and work!!!!!!! Plus I was told my car would take max 10 days. A month later I was given every excuse as to why it was not ready. I will be discussing this with my insurance company as well.
