Renew-it Revonia (Hell on earth)

Renew-it Revonia is the absolute worst thing you can do to yourself. I'm talking hair-ripping frustrations right through. I need this scale to start from negative 5 stars because this place has: 1. Absolutely terrible service, the worse you will ever have. You might get faster service at a government institution than this place - No updates, the service advisor habitually leaves me on read and does not answer my calls or return them.

2. Appalling repair times - The car was brought in on the last week of May 2023 and almost 4 months later I'm still told we are waiting for parts. It's flippin ridiculous that these people order these parts 1 by freakin 1 and each part takes more than a month to receive. It's like these people take 2 weeks to sneeze and another week to get back to working on your car. 3. The escalations don't mean jack, absolutely useless. It's a circus in there. Actually that's an insult to circuses because at least they are very organized and efficient.

My God! This place is so terrible, it's hard to even put it in words.
