Renew it bad service

I'm fed up with this garage first I sent my car in after being rejected by my insurance send a mail saying I need all my parts back. Which I did not get them. 2 they called me a week before lockdown to cone fetch the car when I arrived there my car is not fineshed and parts are outstanding. Told me to come on Saturday I came my car was washed packed out side. When 8 check still parts are a outstanding. Left the car there.

They called Wednesday before lock down went there the manager told me to take my car it's only one part outstanding and if I don't take it they will charge me storage fee. The part will be delivered where ever I stay in SA on the following day till to date nothing.

During the lockdown period I inspected my car properly. Only to find my bonet doesn't have rubbers 2. My window washer is leaking water. 3.my fog light is black inside it burned melted inside. 4. My dash was not aligned. Fender covers are missing (I can see the angine from outside.

Ive sent emails to the manager there no one rep****. Tried calling when I want to speak to the Manger he's always not available
