Promises, no delivery

I was involved in an accident on the 15th of February and my car was towed to Renew IT Rivonia. My insurance processed and approved my claim on the 21st of February. On the 27th of February i got an sms to say they were ordering parts. I left it as it is due to the fact that this was my first accident and i didnt understand the procedure. I called in the first week of march and i was told the car was in Disassembly. On the 10th of March i got an sms to say my car was now in panelbeating. I called renewit and spoke to one of the ladies there and i was told the car will be ready by no later than the 10th of April. Fine i waited. To my suprise i got another sms on the 16th of March to say my car has been moved to panelbeating. I gort concerned because i wondered which of the 2 sms was actually correct. For the first time since my car was taken to renew it i went there on the 24th of March. When i got there i was completely shocked. My car was still in disassembly and nothing further had be done. I was very calm and understood there could have been a delay. On the 28th i logged in on their site to check the progress of the repairs. To my suprise i found that the repairs are on hold while they wait for a JIG to straighten the chassis. I went to Renewit that Saturday to understand what was happening. To my suprise i found my car in the very same position and condition. I went home with a heavy heart as i knew i wouldnt get my car back anytime soon. I went back the last Saturday again, and i spoke to Tracy and she reassured me they will start fixing the chassis this week. I checked the car and found nothing to have changed. Today its the 7th of April 2017. Exactly 2 months since my car was taken in and the status of my repairs are still on hold. Please advise me on how i should proceed. Im fully dependent on that car and its affecting my job as well as im struggling to get to work on time at the mercy of oublic transportation
