Poor service and unprofessionalism

Very terrible customer experience at this plant.

Firstly, the car was not fixed properly as there were visible dents, smell and dirt on it. secondly, the further scratched there car. The worst about this is that they tried to conceal it, luckily we had pictures taken before it was brought to them.

They advised us to re-book the car, where they promised a courtesy vehicle on the day it gets book. Come booking day, they are advised there are no courtesy vehicles available. I called in and spoke to Janine, who dropped me when I tried to explain my concerns to her. I further called in and the consultants were so casual about it as it this was not a serious incident.

I will never recommend this place, even to my worst enemy.
