Poor service and customer interaction

am having current issues with Renew IT Rivonia. They do not return calls or reply to emails sent. The last time I got an update was that my car was in the stripping department since the first of October, They used to call daily for insurance updates, but once they were authorised for repairs, they dont give a hoot.....I have no kind words for the level of service...I have dealt with a lady called Nomsa and Bianca and non of them have any idea what customer service is....
