Poor Service

I've been extremely disappointed with the service at Renew-it Revionia. For the past five days, I've been calling consistently, trying to reach my assigned Customer Service Agent, Brendel Zivavose, but it's been impossible to get any direct response. Each time I call, I'm told he’ll get back to me, yet he never follows up or provides any feedback. This lack of communication has left me completely in the dark about my car's repair progress, with no clarity on expected timelines or any real update on how far along they are with the work.

A customer-focused company should at the very least ensure regular, honest updates, especially given the stress and inconvenience involved with car repairs. It’s disappointing that Renew-it Revionia isn’t meeting this basic expectation of customer service.
