POOR SERVICE
Job that was promised for 5 days has now been almost two weeks. Still don't have a confirmed date of when the job will be completed and it is extremely difficult to get hold of anyone. Poorest service I have received in a long time. Insurance broker has tried to get hold of Renew it and also is unable to do so.
