pathetic workmanship

I booked my car in for repair to renew it rivona as i had a slight scratch on my car

I was asked to collect my car from Rivona Renew it today.

it was absolutely shocking, the workmanship done on my car is in a disaster state!!!

My vehicle is in a worst of condition now than before it went in for repairs. It looks like a cheap back door job was done on my car!!!. Correction a back door place will take more pride in their job than rivona renew it!!!

How they are a recommend Panal beater with workmanship like this is besides me.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Upon my inspection i found the below:

1. Doors not aligned 2. Poor paint work, chips already visible 3. The sills are not even painted properly. It looks like a blind person painted my car!!! 4. The sills are stuck with cheap two way tape which is already cumning out. 5. Mirrors not aligned 6. Door handle damaged 7. Door sills poorly aligned and sticking out. 8. Both sides sills are barely stuck on.

It was disheartening to see my car in this condition!!! I look after my vehicle and to receive such ignorance and lack of pride is shocking.

I was told that my car has passed "Quality control" clearly the bar is set very low at renew it Rivona, or is there even a bar?
