PATHETIC

Terrible service, the vehicle was not even washed when returned to me because the battery was flat. The car stood for 2 weeks because Renew It diagnostic reports said the vehicle's fuel pump was faulty but in fact was in limp mode because of a tracking device! One would think that a panelbeating company of this size would THINK that delivery vehicles have tracking and anti hijacking devices. The representative I dealt with answers each time were "wear and tear" i.e fuel pump - wear and tear; fuel gauage - wear and tear; battery - after the vehicle has stood for two months - not covered - wear and tear.
