Not happy with Renew-IT Revonia & MiWay

My car was booked in for repairs and it was repaired, but then when it came back the locking system on the door they were working on was no longer working, they tempered with it, it's no longer locking. It was working fine when the car went in. I notified Renew-IT and they said they will contact MiWay for approval and miWay did approve the quote for them to buy that locking system for the door.

Now it's the 3rd week Renew-it is not getting back to me with an update: I try to call them, they send me from pillar to post, they send me to a guy named Brendan, and when I call him they always telling me he's busy, left countless messages for him to call me the whole week last week, till today he hasn't called. I was also dealing with a guy called Isaac, not helping. I'm not happy with their service.. No Feedback, No sense of urgency, No customer satisfaction, they don't do follow ups on open cases..

On the other hand, MiWay is not returning my calls, they will finish my airtime busy holding. They should be the ones pushing Renew-It cause they are the ones that chose them for me, not my choice. No follow ups and they keep you holding for too long. I'm stranded, hence these complaints!!
