No Quality Control

I've had to mull over the kind of review I was going to give. In the end I settled for a two star rating. My consultant Nikita deserves a five out five. Her service was amazing and she kept me updated at every single turn. Even though I had to chase her once or twice, she was amazing (on the whole). If it were possible to rate her alone, I would give her five stars.

The actual experience from the garage leaves much to be desired. I was told the garage was waiting for parts but I was never given an ETA on when the parts would arrive or whether they had even been shipped. On the day I collected my car, there was overspray on one of my rims. The doors also had scratches that weren't present when we brought the car in.

We informed the manager (I can't remember what his name is) and he had the audacity to tell us we had scratched the car when we were wiping the dust off. He also took the car to the back and told us he was handling the overspray on the rim but returned it just the same. We eventually spoke to another manager who polished the scratches out and removed the overspray.

Judging by the number of low ratings this branch has, they simply don't care about quality. This is just one of a thousand two star reviews they've gotten and they probably just laugh each one off.
