No plan company

I have in my car for repairs and they don’t have any clue of work They can’t tell you when it will get ready, they don’t know whether the repair work is going as planned because simply there is no plan

Even 15 minutes before delivery time they can say - oh no we missed this and hence may be a day more

You are wasting your time and money on them

Somebody should simply educate them on planning a work that too in the world of technology
