My vehicle was in for front bumper repairs, there was a disconnect in communication throughout the process. I paid out of pocket which was frustrating enough but I constantly had to call in for updates. My car spent 2 weeks in painting and I was only told it was 1 week. Once all was done, my vehicle had to be taken back to disassembly due to a leaking radiator. I’m not sure how that was missed as a new radiator was included in my quote. When my vehicle was finally ready, I had to pay an extra 8k to settle the repairs, and that much also was not explained to me. Overall I had a horrible 2 months repairing my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend!
