Mixed Experience

I would like to commend Janine and the level of service she provided from the day she was allocated my profile. Unfortunately when she fell ill the service became terrible and on the 3 occasions that I called in I was told that I would be called back and no one bothered to do so. That part of the experience was very disappointing to say the least. Thank you Janine for the awesome service
