Lousy service
Extremely disappointed...now over a month to repair one rear light with some body damage ...not a single deadline promised over the period has been met . Client service manager is never available..." he's delivering a car " and doesn't return messages to.call .. Now costing me r300/day because my insurance rental has expired ..

05 Sept 2023, 12:11No response at all until I drove to their office and confronted Americo. Lots of ducking and diving and obviously not even reading his messages or comjent on hello Peter.com.
Promised to investigate the delays..yesterday 04 Sept ..this message afternoon 05 Sept and NOTHING .
Reading the 5 and 4 star reviews ...common denominator..extraordinary delays ...and front end staff taking all the flak...management hiding behind the process...no courage at all
