Just a rip-off
I'm assuming they all have the same policy. A friend of mine recommended I go there to get a ding on my car fixed. Because I'm not going through insurance, they wanted to charge me R500 just to give me a quote. What a rip-off! If they had said they'll take it off the final price if I use them, I might have considered it. So now I'll just go to a one-man guy that another friend recommended.
