I'm very disappointed

My insurance approved and I took my vehicle to renewit revonia, they send a text telling me that they will remove all the damaged parts and replace them with the new ones, I fetched my car and to my surprise my looks like it was fixed by back yard mechanics, I think backyard mechanics would have done a better job than them, I complaint to my insurance and they told me that renewit will get in touch since last week Wednesday till today no one phoned me. My mom used to speak highly of them until she saw my car, I can't even show that car to my friends, it is embarrassing
