I would rather cancel my insurance with SANTAM than use Renew-it Rivonia again !!!!!

If I could rate this place a minus 5 start I would. pathetic service from the beginning to the end. very eager to get the business but as soon as the job needs to be done they are beyond useless. the manager Brendan is also useless. he approved my car for collection with the bumper not fixed properly. there was yellow paint on my white car and white paint all over the window's rubbers. then they never checked if the fog light was damage so they didn't include it in the original claim, but they then replaced it with a yellow fog light not the original LED fog light. the new Fog light has been approved by the insurance on the 22nd of April and guess who is still waiting for any communication from them. as soon as they get their money they are happy and you are left phoning everyday and emailing till you are blue with no response. STAY AWAY!!!!! I have another claim and Itold my broker at Santam if i have to use renewit rivonia I will rather cancle all my insurnace the with Santam.
