I would never recommend Renew-It Rivonia to anyone

I am actually speechless, especially after seeing so many good reviews and I am sitting here and wandering why I received such a terrible service. I would never recommend Renew-It Rivonia to anyone. The service is terrible, no communication, if there is it's just lies. I was told the repair would take 3 to 5 days, it took more than 20 business days, I got it back 2 days after the rental car was collected. A day later I did a thorough check to check if they did a good job, guess what...I have returned the car for fixing today, and I was told that the rectification will only take today, and the car will be ready today. I did not receive a single call from Harriet. I called around 16:10, and I was told she is still busy and she will call me back. I am actually tired of complaining because it's been such an UNPLEASANT experience with Renew-It
