I was told initially that repairs would take 10-15 days but it took longer

I was told initially that repairs would take 10-15 days but it took longer. The consultant did, however, manage to get my car repaired earlier than the second date that was given to me. When I picked up my car the paint was still scratched. They polished it while I waited. When I was about to leave I noticed that the paint work is still chipped. The lady who called a few days later to ask me if I’m satisfied with the service assured me that she will tell the consultant about it and that he will contact me. I have not received a call from them till now. It’s been almost two weeks and still no word from them
