Horrible service and no feedback on vehicle repair.

This service is the worse service I have ever had till date from any company The customer service is below one star from renew it. All I have been getting from this company is false promises and no proactivity. On the 15th of february 2024 my vehicle was taken in for repairs at rivonia renew it. I signed a contracted which stated that the repairs should take no longer than 10 to 15 working days from time of recieval, however this was not the case as it is now almost 1 and a half months and my vehicle is still in the panel beating phase. I have tried calling numerous times and my calls have been met with no call backs from the consultant allocated to me, Aschton, and when I ask to speak to the manager, America, I am told that he is also too busy. I requested the managers work email or direct work contact number and I was told I could not recieve it , so please explain how do I contact senior personnel if they ignore my calls and cannot provide other methods of contact. I was told by the consultant that I would be recieving regular updates on the progress of my vehicle repairs and that my vehicle was supposed to be moved into painting on the 19th march 2024, however when I tried getting into contact with the consultant over 5 times yesterday I was told she was either too busy or unavailable to give me feedback. I am still made to believe that my vehcile is still sitting in panel beating and Rivonia renew it still has no answers for me as to when my vehicle will be ready yet.
