Honestly Supprised with the good service I recived after the last time I was there

I received great service from Janine from the moment my car was booked in for repairs. I never had to call to follow up with where and how far the repair was. She even made an effort to call and inform me whilst she was sick at home. I have dealt with Renew It before and the service was so bad I honestly didn't want my car taken to them again this time.

But I'm glad I met Janine and she made the experience super easy and stress less.

The only downside to collecting my car yesterday was that he office is exposed to the outside elements as it faces the main door. Though the main door was kept closed most of the time, every time it is open the wind goes straight into Janine's office making it unpleasant for me sitting there as we went through the hand over.

This is also probably why she also fell sick during the time my car with with renew it.
