Great warranty claim service.

So in December 2017, my car went in for repairs at Renew-it Rivonia. Needless to say I was pushing quite hard for them to get my car sorted before I go on leave and they had two dings to fix. They got it done but the fit of the new body panels wasn't perfect. I left it as my holiday with the family was a priority. Time flies by so quickly and I only phoned them two weeks ago to arrange a visit and get it sorted.

Drove through to them on Tuesday to find out the warranties lady left and that Monica took over the warranty claims. She was very helpful and was quick to assist with a booking to get my car sorted within a day.

Took my car in yesterday and the sorted the alignment on the front left fender and the rear bumper as well as the leaking rear window on the boot lid. This took a little longer than anticipated since they were depending on 3rd party window installer that was only able to come through a little later. Needless to say but they fixed everything professionally as expected. Thank you Clint for staying late and making sure I receive my car in the state i expected it to be and it was washed as well. I thank to all the guys in the back who I don't know for sorting my car, I hope they share this with you guys as well.

Lastly a big thank you to the driver Tebogo for taking me to work safely and collecting me from work again to fetch my car from Renew-it. Probably one of the nicest guys I have had the privilege to meet in my life. I really hope you get the sponsorship you need for your golf coaching program for kids in rural areas - you are an inspiration and role model to many.
