Great Service in rectifying an issue
After a recent issue with repairs to my vehicle and the frustration that came along with getting assistance to rectify the issue I had a positive interaction with a lady named Monica Constantine. This lovely lady took complete ownership of my issue after many failed attempts by her colleagues. Her attitude and responses were nothing short of positive, helpful and efficient and I would like to commend her on her outstanding client services s**** and follow through. She is definitely a breath of fresh air for Renew-IT Rivonia and judging by her personality, will surely reach the top within that business in no time.
