I don't want to lie, my service agent was very good! And I was updated accordingly. But when coming to mechanical repairs they are very poor! My vehicle was in a car accident. Front and rear suspensions were damaged. My insurance company took my vehicle to them for repairs. Just few weeks later after I collected my vehicle from them. Rear wheel came off with the whole shaft from the diff while I was driving atleast less than 60km/h and it nearly ****ed me. I called Ford and they replaced the whole brand new diff which is what they should have done at Revonia renew-it. They are not good at all! So be careful of them, because their careless work on your vehicle might cause you to loose life. My vehicle is 2018 model with less than 50 000 km on the clock but it's got mechanical sound in front because of their careless work.
