Dragging giving my car back!

What an unnecessarily long wait for a car that just needed an air filter change. Car had a flood accident on 28 DECEMBER 2020. It was taken to Renew-it Rivonia. Between Renew-it and my insurance (their review to follow). My car was only assessed on 4 JANUARY 202. Why did it take so long? THURSDAY 31 DECEMBER I was in contact with Renew-it and had spelt out my email clearly to them... Expecting a quote with a day or so. My insurance Assessor called on 4 Jan to say air filter would need replacing, otherwise the car was fine. Car is up and running. I will get a quote the following day. Tuesday nothing. Wednesday 6 Jan, my insurance Assessor changes his story and says oil and air filters need changing. Likely for insurance to reject if it's below my excess. I call Renew-it on Thursday 7 Jan and ask for my quote WIENA says she needs authorization from insurance, then she'll send the quote. FRIDAY 8 Jan (today) I call insurance to ask for authorization--they say claim was rejected. I asked them to contact Renew-it. Around 9am spoke to WIENA in a call connected by my insurance after speaking to them about the claim being rejected.and got cut off for some reason. I tried to call back-- they are constantly busy WEINA and MOHAMMED- Mohammed got back to me and emailed the quote... Started to lose his tone with me when I asked why my car is being in repaired without me okay-ING it. He emailed the quote. My partner called him and they agreed I need to email and state
