Don't expect yo get your car back soon.

If you car ever gets sent here don't expect it back for at least 3 months. My car went in for hail damage middle Jan and I still don't have it back. They can never give accurate updates on when I will get it back, it gets pushed back a week every week it seems. They don't care that it's causing you inconvenience and that insurance companies only provide a hire car for 30 days. The rest is just 'sorry but thats your problem'. It's not like my car had major intricate parts that needed to be replaced. They will take you car apart before having the parts, just to be sure that you can't get your car back and make your life as difficult as possible. There's is 0 compensation to your for their incompetence. If your insurance insists on them, change insurance.
