First of all, I waited to drop off my car for over two weeks because "they were waiting for parts". no one bothered to update m, i eventually went there myself because I got tired of the bad comms via phone or email. Now that I dropped off my car, i was informed that additional parts were needed (any logical human being would have known to take in the car, strip it and order parts at the same ****** time)... So now, 8 working days later, my car has only just been taken in to panel beating. And don't think that I received this update because of their great service, I had to call and email 3 different people before the person assigned to my case got back to me. I hate this place with all my heart!
