Utterly useless, absolutely awful, unimaginably ***********.

My car was booked in for repairs by my insurance company (Dial Direct) after a bumper bashing. The back bumper and boot needed to be repaired.

Here's how it went:

First pickup: The boot isn't fixed properly, the "door open sensor" keeps showing the boot isn't shut and there was extra damage to my car that was never there before - the book in pictures prove it.

Return the car.

Second pickup: The extra scratch is fixed, but there is rough residual paint on the roof (HOW?)

Return the car:

The boot still isn't fixed, the inside lid keeps coming loose.

Third pick-up: the residual paint is polished, the assistant manager Americo promises to "personally make sure that the boot lid is fixed, personally checking and personally deliver the car back to me. Which he does, personally.

Return the car:

Fourth time: The boot still isn't fixed, the inside lid keeps coming loose. Oh dear, there are clips missing. Oops. Utterly ***********.

Return the car again.

Fifth time: Turns out the boot was so badly panel beaten that the boot lid could fit properly. Hell on earth.

2 months later: The boot lid MOERS OFF when I close the boot. The whole thing. I contact Americo, personally: please bring the car is "looks like there is a clip missing."

In the end my husband did a better job with a *****driver, a nut and a bolt than a WHOLE panelbeater business could do after multiple opportunities.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
