Dissatisfied with service repairs.

I relocated to Eastern Cape, but months before I relocated I had some mechanical repairs done on my vehicle. Before I returned to Eastern Cape, I took my car in for a service, and the service consultant at the time pointed out some serious concerns and said that my car was not properly fixed. I have sent emails at the time to Renew-it - Brendhan and Veronique - and they assured me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I now drove into a pot-hole, and when I took it to a local service consultant in East London, the VERY SAME issues that were identified then are now a major concern. I specifically stated in my emails that I will accept NO liability if anything is wrong. I have now emailed First for Women as well as a gentleman by the name of Lloyd which I saw on Linkedin is the operations manager. The repairs now is going to cost me R29 000, and there is no way in hell that driving into a pot-hole could have bent my suspension, damaged my control panel, etc etc. I have all the proof as well as videos taken by the auto-bodyworks company and they are in agreement that the damage from the pot-hole could not have caused such major mecanical issues. I am not getting any feedback from you guys, and if this platform does not work then I will contact the Ombudsman as I do not have the money to correct this, and it was already brought to your attention at the time.
