Disrespectful response

I wrote a review about my unfortunate experience at Renew-it Rivonia earlier on today and Giovanni Sansovini the Key Account Manager responded within the hour via email. Its annoying how it took me coming to Hello Peter to have my complaints heard (after almost a month of them not returning my calls). He proceeded to not even apologise for my experience, he just apologised for their tardiness!! They did not even bother to contact me to hear what my grievance was, they simply issued a response email and denied ever having any of my items based on the fact that the take in documentation stipulates " there are no valuables in the car" even though no inspection was ever done on intake. The items taken were std items that come WITH the vehicle so of course they would still be in the car when i dropped it off and the shoes were hidden as i have previously said! So since their TERMS AND CONDITIONS stipulate that there was nothing in the car NOT A HUMAN BEING then therefore there was nothing to ***** according to them! There were witnesses to account for my petrol tank being empty but they don't want to ask about that therefore to me it seems like they don't want to acknowledge that or get to the bottom of what happened to my car while at their establishment! He then had the nerve to request i remove my post or information in my post as it is " incorrect" according to them. They care more about their image than solving my problem. Please do not use this branch, in my opinion they do not care about their customers based on what i have experienced.
