Dishonest and TERRIBLE service!

5 trips up and down and 2.5 months later and my car is still not 100% repaired. My insurance covered a new bumper and I got fitted a scew second hand one with a dent in it. They repaired the wrong wheel and got rid of mine. Then they tried to replace the wheel with a second hand one from another car twice and even tried to convince me it is of best quality when I knew it wasn't. Each time empty promises and they tell me it's fixed and once again when I get there, nothing was done on the car at all. Or you get there and nobody knows who you are or about your car. You get told by the manager to come back because they are having a braai on Friday or they need to order parts and when you go back, they still need to order the parts they haven't. Eventually got the car back, and it suddenly had the ariel missing. Reported the missing ariel and suddenly they could give me one straight away probably from another car again. The tyre they replaced me with after all the fighting is the wrong ****** size (after this was given to them) and now I had to end up buying another one anyway! Had to pay so much in excess to these people who tried to ripp me off, and still it ended up costing me more than it should have if they just did the job well enough in the first place. I can't believe they run a business like this. Never in my life have I ever seen something like this. Shocking and *****!
