Disgusting customer service

The worst service provider ever. The manager Michelle and service consultant Nomsa who also promise a call back to advise on the progress of the repairs done, however never end up calling back. Disgusted with the lack of urgency and customer service. Would never recommend them to anyone and I cannot even begin to understand why insurance companies will even keep them on the books.
