Disgraceful experience

If I could give this place ZERO STAR, I would do it in a heartbeat. What a disgraceful experience. I hit a pothole. Fuel line got disconnected and car got towed to their workshop. Claim submitted to my insurance and waited a week for approval. Items that were quoted for repair on my vehicle had NOTHING to do with the pothole damage & rounded up to R18500 to fix. I informed the workshop numerous times that there was a FUEL LEAK & steering column issues. Nothing else was wrong! The mechanic found the disconnect fuel pipe with a loose clamp & told me “ I think it’s best for you to take your car to a workshop where they can fix it” … I couldn’t believe what I was reading!!! He didn’t even bother to put a new clamp (which cost R10) and would have taken him 15min to fix it. They just left my car stranded there. To make matters worse, I have no towing service available on my insurance and it’s Easter weekend. A SIMPLE issue that could have been rectified in minutes. Like I said, DISGRACEFUL!

Please avoid this Workshop as they honestly don’t care or have any sense of humanity whatsoever.
