Disappointing Customer Experience: Communication Lapses and Unresolved Issues

Additionally, I had to remind the service advisors about my badges, a process that has extended over a span of 3 months. Despite my numerous follow-up calls, I have yet to receive a callback. Last week, after escalating the matter to the manager, I was assured that the delay regarding my badges would be resolved promptly. However, I am still awaiting a resolution. This prolonged wait is particularly frustrating considering that the services have already been paid for. During my recent visit, it became apparent that the service advisor had ordered badges for a different model, highlighting a lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, during a recent minor fix, the car was taken to the workshop for about 20 minutes, and upon its return, I discovered that one of my accessories had been ******.

Despite the initial disappointment, Shaylee and Nkosinathi ensured that the early stages of the service were seamless, providing updates at every stage of the repair process. Regrettably, they had to hand over responsibility to someone else, having fulfilled their roles.
