Credit must be given to Veronique and Nathaniel, who went above and beyond to assist me with a major problem for which they were not responsible. They showed humble care as well as their value of me as a client by very kindly and swiftly assisting with repair work to get my car back on the road without delay. This follows an unforseen incident that had rendered my car somewhat undriveable. I'd brought it to their attention thinking it might have been related to previous work, but on close inspection, we all determined and agreed this was the fault of the manufacturer. Yet still, they didn't hesitate to help me out so that I was not further inconvenienced by an issue that could have taken a long while to resolve! I noticed in the waiting area of the premises, there were 5 large posters on display, each reflecting a value proposition of the company. I can honestly say they lived up to all 5 on this occasion, for which I am hugely grateful! Thank you for exceptional care and service!
