Car still not done in 2 months

I was involved in a mirror accident (frount lights were damaged) on the 3rd of January 2020, I have been calling day in and day out my car is still not even done its almost 2 months no progress I keep calling daily but nothing...I hate that iwise insurance took my car to these people.such an incovince, stories daily
