Car sign removed and placed on the wrong side

Car went it for repairs from 09 February 2023 until 16 March 2023, for what was not a huge damage. The time it took was long, when I called to check on the car they kept telling me they were waiting for parts. They started working on the car after the 30 days period for the courtesy car had expired.

On 16 March I was informed that the car was ready for collection. I noticed that the “all space” sign was removed and placed on the rear right side of the car. The was no damage on the sign, I asked Nikita why was it removed, she had no answer. She told us to wait while she asked the guys to remove the sign and put it on the correct side. I asked Nikita if it’s not gonna fall off, she said no it won’t. The problem is it fell off on the road, I don’t know where. Upon realising that I called Nikita last week, she promised to get back to me and she never did. My issue is why was the sign removed in the first place, as there was no damage on it or next to it.
