Car Problem After Repair (Not Bother to Investigate)

My car was damaged on the right-side of the pumper and my insurer referred me to Renew-it Rivonia. By the look of the car, I was happy with the repair. But after collection and as I drove the car for the next week, a part of the side mirror that connects with the pumper on the left side fell off. The car was in perfect condition before going for repairs and now it doesn't sound the same. When I returned the car to be checked, Ashton didn't even call a mechanic to have a look at it and just diagnosed with her own opinion that it wasn't because of the repair. I refuse to believe that the car suddenly is falling apart and it had nothing to do with the repair. I have never had any incident that can explain this except that there was a fault during assembly of the vehicle. The best they can do is atleast take in the car, strip it and check if everything is in place and secured. I will have to escalate this to the Ombuds if there's no professional assistance in tis matter. If you happen to land yourself at this service provider never review them on site, drive around and feel your car before you review. Speedy turnaround time is useless if there's poor workmanship.
