Car not received

Renew it - Rivonia - not happy with the service as my car hire is expired and my car is still not ready , the only answer I get is the car has not come back , so I really dont know what is going on there ?

Hi , my issue with Rivonia Renew it is still not resolved from November 2017 , I got the car back and with scratches on it and parts missing , the workmanship was not good as the outside noise can still be heard from the accident panel which means it was not quality checked , they promised to resolve it , up until now it is unresolved , no followup from the customer service manager as well...very bad service to your customers.
