Bad service Renew IT - Rivonia

Hi , my issue with Rivonia Renew it is still not resolved from November 2017 , I got my car back and with scratches on it and parts missing , the workmanship was not good as the outside noise can still be heard from the accident panel which means it was not quality checked , they promised to resolve it , up until now currently , it is not resolved , no followup from the customer service manager as well which promised to get it done , very bad service to your customers.
