BAD Service Renew-it Rivonia
They doesn't even deserve 1 star. BAD SERVICE. My car went in for hail damage, got it back after 2 weeks (after I had to keep on phoning to find out how far they were). One part was not replaced and I was told it would take about 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I started phoning and sending emails, still no answer on when it will be done. I even phoned my insurance company to help me and got an excuse from Renew it Revonia that they have changed staff, but will check into it and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. Its now almost 2 months, lets see what excuse they will use next!
