Bad Service received at Renewit, Sandton, Rivonia

My car was sent by Budget insurance to Renew-it in Sandton Rivonia, minor dents and some re-wiring it needed. Only feedback I receive since the car was in by them from 17 June 2026 up to date 18 August 2026, car is in assembly, 2 of 5 stages, will keep updating you. Week in week out, that was the feedback, second feedback was waiting for parts, back to car is in assembly. Poor service and bad communication, even though they claim to update you as you bring in the car to them, but their service is extremely poor, I even called the insurance, that probably its one of those companies like homeaffairs under ANC. The are two people I know had an incident and their cars where taken to The Story of good trading, excellent service from this company, not exactly sure of their name, but excellent services as those two cars, ha major work, but it was done in a short of space of time, to show someone who knows what they are doing.

But service it Renewit Rivonia, very bad.
