Bad Service

Terrible service I've ever experienced and worst consultant (Ashton M) ). It's been two weeks we took the car for repair, we never received any correspondence as to how far are they with the car. This morning we called again and Ashton tells us that they are still waiting for the parts. I asked her to transfer my call to the Manager, I was told that Randon is in the meeting. We called Randon the Manager who told us that he's attending the funeral and will return to us when he's back. Imagine my husband had to book a leave cos he don't have a car and now they're telling us to pay excess fee if we collect the car without being repaired. Your service sucks!
