Bad Customer Service & Theft at Renew-it Rivonia
They stole my belongings in my car, when I left it there for repairs. The worse part is the treatment I received from the branch manager. He is extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. From his behaviour and how he talks to customers he lacks understanding of customer service and roles/responsibilities of a manager.
